Where about in England are you? We visited London 4 years ago, and LOVED LOVED LOVED it. Looking forward to going back and seeing London on Bixis. I think it will be much less challenging than Vancouver, because as I recall, London is very flat.

I just stumbled upon your blog. Just wanted to say keep up the good work. I’m trying to get back into shape through biking myself. It’s become a little harder with in raining so much here in England. Btw, wat does SOL stand for?

Hope your enjoying cycling in Vancouver. I had a chance to visit about 2 years ago, beautiful city. In terms of cycling too beautiful scenery, and challenging cuz of the hills.
